1. What type of silver are these bracelets made from?
Our silver men's bracelets are all crafted from solid .925 sterling silver. Each bracelet a solid item (not hollow) designed for durable wear.
Sterling silver or .925 silver is the standard for high-quality silver jewelry which consists of 92.5 percent silver and 7.5 percent copper which adds strength and durability to the metal. This is done because pure or 'fine' silver is relatively soft and very malleable. It is therefore, commonly
combined with other metals to improve it's hardness and durability without affecting its beautiful color. Sterling silver also will not wear down, as silver plating can.

2. Will your men's bracelets tarnish?
Each of our sterling silver men's bracelets is treated with a slight coating of 'anti-tarnish' to prevent tarnishing. But like all authentic sterling silver jewelry, oxidization (or tarnishing) due to exposure of the acidity in the air will take place slowly over time. However, getting rid of the tarnishing is relatively simple and can be done by wiping the bracelet vigorously with a dry soft cloth or a polishing cloth, available at any drugstore.
It is important to note, that silver jewelry will tarnish very much faster if exposed directly to acidic or alkali substances (e.g. perfume sprayed directly on the item or if worn while taking a shower or swimming in a pool) and if stored in direct sunlight. Silver also tends to tarnish very rapidly on certain people who have high acidity levels in their sweat. There is no adverse physical effect, but the acidity will cause very rapid tarnishing and turns silver items worn close to the skin black in color.

3. I am allergic to Nickel will there be a problem?
No, our silver men's bracelets DO NOT contain any Nickel or Rhodium, which have the tendency of reacting with certain peoples skin.
Nickel and Rhodium plating is used to prevent the underlying silver from tarnishing, but does wear off over time and tends to react adversely
with peoples skins resulting in a rash.
If you have worn silver in the past and have noticed it turn black/yellow rather quickly, it is possible that you have a high
level of acidity in your sweat, and will find it difficult to wear silver jewelry due to the rapid tarnishing that takes place when silver is worn against
the skin. There is no harm that will come from wearing silver, but the item will discolor very rapidly and in some cases, as mentioned, turn black in color.

4. How do I clean and care for an ID bracelet?
To clean your silver bracelet, simply use any soft cloth or a polishing cloth (available at any drugstore) and vigorously rub the bracelet - the tarnishing will come off relatively easily. Be careful not to use a hard or textured fabric (like a dishwashing cloth, for example) as that will scratch the silver.
If tarnishing is very apparent and not coming off easily, which may happen as your bracelet gets older, jewelry cleaner is widely available in any drugstore. Simply dip your bracelet in the solution and wipe it clean with a soft cloth. This will return the bracelet to it's original shine.
To care for your bracelet, store it in it's box or in a drawer so that it is not exposed to light for extended periods when you are not wearing the bracelet. Also avoid spraying perfume directly on the bracelet as that will also cause tarnishing. Also try not bathe or swim with your silver bracelet on, as this will also cause tarnishing over time if the item is not properly dried off.

5. How do I get an idea of the weight of a bracelet?
The approximate weight of each men's bracelet is stated on the item page. The weight is listed in grams. As imagining the weight of something without being able to feel it is difficult, for comparison, we recommend taking a
quarter coin into your hand - which weighs approximately 5.67 grams. Comparing that to the stated weight of the cuff bracelet should give you a feel for the weight of that
specific item.

6. If I am not happy with a bracelet, can I return it?
Our men's bracelets are of the highest quality both in silver content and craftsmanship, but if you are unhappy with your purchase (and if it has NOT been engraved or personalized) you have up to 30-days (from receipt of your order) to return your order for a full refund of the purchase price*. Unfortunately and shipping or taxes will not be refunded. For more details on our 30-day return policy, please click here.

* Returned items only qualify for a refund only if they are returned in their original, undamaged condition with it's packaging intact.

7. Can I get a bracelet engraved?
Yes you can. Several of our men's silver bracelets can be engraved to personalize. Simply submit your engraving online in the fields provided on the item detail page.
Each item that can be engraved has an image showing you how the engraving will look (click on the image with the caption "ENGRAVING" on the the left side-bar) and detailed engraving options and instructions which can be accessed by clicking the "View Engraving Details" link. (Please note that these links generate pop-up windows displaying the engraving images, options and details. If you have a pop-up blocker you will have to disable temporarily it or hold the CTRL key while clicking the link, which will manually override the blocker).
To submit your engraving simply type in your text - as you would like it to appear - in the fields provided on the item page. Select your preferred fonts style and orientation then click the add to shopping bag button.

8. How long does it usually take to get engraving done?
Engraving usually takes 1 to 2 business days before the order is shipped out.
For example: If an order is placed on Monday for engraving the item will ship out on a Wednesday evening or Thursday morning.
If Next Day Shipping is requested with an order, engraving will be expedited, and the order will be shipped out within 24 hrs for delivery the next business day, if placed before 11am (EST).

9. If I am in a hurry, how fast can I get my order engraved and delivered to me?
If you are in a hurry and request "Next Day Shipping", it will take 1 business day to process your engraving before shipment of your order.
For example:
If a "Next Day Shipping" order with engraving is placed on Monday (before 11am) it will be engraved and shipped out on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
If the same order is placed on Monday after 11am, the order will be processed and shipped out on Wednesday for a
Thursday delivery).

No, our engraving is done by a professional engraver who makes sure that the engraving is appropriately deep enough to be clear and durable so that it will not wear-off.

11. What if there is a mistake with my engraving?
Although engraved items cannot be returned, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If we have made an error with your engraving (i.e. if the engraving is different to what you have requested as per your order), we will re-engrave another bracelet and ship it out to you at no additional cost and along with a pre-paid shipping box to send back the incorrectly engraved bracelet.
