Introduction

The satisfaction of our customers is paramount and their feedback on our products and customer service is very important to us. For this reason we collect voluntary post-sales feedback from each customer following the completion of an order through a reputable independent third-party ratings service - Yahoo! Shopping.

7 days following the receipt of an order each customer receives an email from Yahoo! Shopping requesting the customer to rate their experience shopping with Shimmer & Stone and to provide a review and feedback. Completing this survey is completely voluntary and without our knowledge.

Unlike several online retailers who simply "make up" their own reviews and insert them into their testimonials page, we prefer that you get the chance to review our customer feedback unedited and from it's source.
