US: Order Processing Times

  • Non-engraved orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipment (Applicable to Free Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day and APO shipments).
  • Non-engraved orders shipped via UPS Next Day air Saver OR USPS Next Day Air will ship out the same business day IF THE ORDER IS PLACED BEFORE 11AM EST. If the order misses our cut-off it will ship out the next business day.
  • Engraved orders take 2-3 business days to process before shipment

Once your order has been picked up by UPS or USPS for shipment it will be scanned and you will receive an automated email notification confirming the shipment of your order with your tracking number.
